A single vineyard expression of Chardonnay grown using organic farming methods. Hand harvested and whole bunch pressed, fermented wild in French oak and stainless steel with partial malolactic fermentation. Matured on lees for six months prior to bottling. 483 bottles produced.

A lovely bouquet of peach and nectarine flesh, sweet grapefruit with a light vanilla custard and nut quality. Fragrant and enticing. Satin amooth as the wine touches the palate with flavours of stone fruits and citrus with a fine lees and nut quality, vanilla and cream. Medium+ ish acid line with gently warming aclohol adding weight and texture, overall a very nice wine with best drinnking from 2023 through 2027.” Cameron Douglas MS
